RFLD provides grants to Women Rights Organizations, Sexual Minority Groups, People with Disabilities and Organizations led by Girls
- - Knowledge management through research, policy, analysis & dissemination
- - Partnership and network creation, engagement and strengthening.
- - Coalition institutional strengthening

- - Legal reform and alignment through applied advocacy
- - Support to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Women's Rights Organisations (WROs) and Youth Based organizations to enable them practically apply the MSA and engage with the African human rights mechanisms
- - Increase legal and policy reform to support and influence state actors to implement collective actions
- - Drive and amplify engagement efforts by CSOs, Women’s Rights Groups, youth and vulnerable groups
- - Strengthening advocacy actions
- - Coalition-building that encourages coordination and joint action
