Donor Privacy Policy

RFLD respects the privacy of our online visitors and donors. We do not sell or share our donor list with any other organizations. RFLD uses your personal information for processing your donation and/or purchase and ongoing fundraising and appreciation activities.

Your information is kept secure. All our service providers maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information, including the prompt disposal of all unnecessary donor information.

As part of our recognition program, we may publish donor names in our annual report. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please contact us at admin@rflgd.org

All donors have the option of being placed on a “once-a-year” mailing list which grants RFLD Analytics permission to contact them only once per year. Donors may request to be permanently removed from RFLD’s mailing list by contacting us via email, or phone. All requests to be removed from RFLD’s mailing list will be honored. 

Donors who supply RLD with their telephone number shall only be contacted by telephone regarding donations they have made. RFLD does not participate in telephone fundraising activities.
