Infrastructure
for feminist movement.
RFLD is a pan-African feminist network. We connect 670 member organisations across 15+ countries to institutional funders, advocacy spaces, and each other. Partnership with RFLD means working with the infrastructure, not around it.
The institutional picture.
Partnership decisions are made on evidence. Below are the facts that shape RFLD's credibility as an institutional partner — scale, reach, credentials, and delivery.
Partnering with RFLD means partnering with a regional feminist infrastructure that has already been audited, referenced, and trusted by the donors your organisation respects. We have done the institutional work. Our partners do not have to repeat it.
Three partnership tracks.
RFLD works with three distinct kinds of partner. Each track opens a different conversation, with different people, about a different kind of collaboration. Identifying which track fits before writing saves everyone time.
Foundations, bilateral donors, family offices, and DAFs considering a first or expanded grant to RFLD, or to the grassroots organisations we regrant to through the WAFF Fund.

Five principles we bring to every partnership.
These are the commitments we make to every partner — institutional funder, programme partner, or research collaborator. They are also the commitments we ask partners to make to us.
Our current funder consortium.
The following institutional funders support RFLD's programmes and operations. New funders joining this consortium are welcome — each relationship is shaped to the funder's areas of focus and the delivery capacity their grant unlocks.
Start a conversation.
Every partnership starts with a conversation, not a proposal. Below are the right doors for each track. We respond within 3–5 business days.
