7. Strict Zero-Retaliation Policy

RFLD strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report misconduct in good faith. "Good faith" means that you honestly believe the information you are reporting is true.

Warning: Any employee, partner, or manager found to have engaged in retaliatory behavior (such as intimidation, demotion, or exclusion) against a whistleblower will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Can I be tracked if I use this portal?
No. If you select the anonymous option and ensure you don't include identifying details in your description or attachments, your identity remains unknown. We do not track IP addresses.
What if I don't have all the evidence?
You should report what you know, even if you don't have complete proof. Our investigation team is responsible for gathering evidence. However, you should not make baseless or malicious allegations.
Can I report something that happened months ago?
Yes. While it is best to report incidents as soon as they occur to preserve evidence, there is no time limit for reporting serious ethical violations, fraud, or abuse.
Who reads these reports?
Reports sent via this portal go directly to INTEGRITY@RFLGD.ORG, which is monitored exclusively by the independent Ethics Committee, bypassing standard management chains.
