AUDIOVISUAL EXPERT (M/F)
The Réseau des Femmes Leaders pour le Développement (RFLD) is a regional organization based in West Africa that works with over forty (40) women-led organizations and whose vision is to build effective cooperation in partnership for development through the involvement of state and non-state actors to promote and protect the rights of young people and women and ensure their participation in decision-making spheres.
Background
As part of the implementation of its projects in West and Central Africa, the RFLD is looking for an Audiovisual Expert to support the various interventions in the course of their activities.
Job description
The Audiovisual Expert is responsible for the audio and visual management of the interventions implemented by the RFLD.
Under the supervision of the Executive Management, he or she works with the team – Communication to ensure the excellence of the various works related to the service delivery of the interventions and takes measures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in order to provide a service of excellence oriented and which includes the following results:
Result area in:
Provide complete photography, sound recording, public address.
2D and 3D animation, multimedia.
Manage filming, editing, framing, production and direction.
Everything that goes into assembling shots and sequences to deliver the essence described and desired during filming.
Your profile
Level of training required
BAC and above in Communications, Audiovisual, Multimedia or equivalent diploma in the field.
Required experience
At least 02 years of professional experience in communication and audiovisual management.
Experience in leading a team.
Knowledge and skills required
Rigorous and autonomous organization of work
Proactive actions to manage daily problems and risks
Ability to take responsibility for decision-making in front of colleagues, as a team leader
Ability to handle numerous files simultaneously
Experience in an international or sub-regional context would be an asset.
Languages
French
English is an asset.
