Dear colleagues and partners,

Too many strong organizations lose funding not because their work is weak, but because they cannot show donors the systems donors test: clean financial controls, audit trails, protected safeguarding records.

RFLD is doing something about it. Through our Organizational Resilience Program, we are funding and donating the complete RFLD Management Suite — normally a US $5,000 value — to 500 nonprofit organizations across Africa. Your cost: nothing.

What you get:

  • 10 integrated departments: Finance & Grants, Programs, M&E, HR, Gender (encrypted), Communications, Membership, Procurement, Safeguarding & Complaints (encrypted), Governance
  • Donor-grade financial controls: maker/checker approvals, period locking, numbered payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, budget-vs-actual per grant
  • Fully bilingual (English/French), 100% offline — no internet, no server, no subscription. Your data stays on your computer.
  • Your own organization’s name and currency throughout, guided onboarding in August 2026, and 12 months of support

Who can apply: registered nonprofits in Africa with an annual budget between US $10,000 and US $1,000,000.

Deadline: 31 July 2026. The first cohort of 500 organizations will be onboarded throughout August 2026.
