RFLD (Réseau des Femmes Leaders pour le Développement / Network of Women Leaders for Development) is a pan-African feminist network of 670 member organisations across 35+ African countries. Founded in 2013, RFLD combines data, rights-based advocacy, grassroots re-granting and direct service delivery to advance women's rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights, civic space and climate justice. RFLD holds NGOsource 501(c)(3) Equivalency and Observer Status with the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, and operates through four regional offices: Porto-Novo (Benin), Accra (Africa Office), Dakar (Francophone Hub) and Banjul (AU Liaison Hub).

Le RFLD (Réseau des Femmes Leaders pour le Développement) est un réseau féministe panafricain de 670 organisations membres présentes dans plus de 35 pays africains. Fondé en 2013, le RFLD conjugue données, plaidoyer fondé sur les droits, sous-subventions aux organisations de base et prestation directe de services pour faire progresser les droits des femmes, la santé et les droits sexuels et reproductifs, l'espace civique et la justice climatique. Le RFLD bénéficie de l'équivalence 501(c)(3) certifiée par NGOsource et du statut d'observateur auprès de la Commission africaine des droits de l'homme et des peuples, et opère à travers quatre bureaux régionaux : Porto-Novo (Bénin), Accra (Bureau Afrique), Dakar (Hub francophone) et Banjul (Hub de liaison UA).
