Ending FGM: A Call to Action for Women’s and Girls Rights

The Réseau des Femmes Leaders pour le Développement (RFLD) marks the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) by emphasizing that FGM is a human rights violation rather than a cultural tradition. The organization advocates for collective action to eliminate this harmful practice, stressing the necessity for safety and health rights for all women and girls. RFLD offers resources such as data on FGM, podcasts, and reports to support advocacy.
