The Réseau des Femmes Leaders pour le Développement (RFLD) is dedicated to advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Family Planning in the Sahel and West Africa through data-driven policy advocacy. RFLD emphasizes the importance of reliable, gender-responsive data to identify the needs of women and inform policies. By collaborating with various stakeholders, including government officials, RFLD promotes gender-responsive budgeting and legislative reforms that enhance women’s rights. The organization also focuses on building a sustainable movement by mentoring young women leaders and integrating issues like climate change into its strategies, striving for long-term empowerment and social justice.
