Covering 15 countries, the 254-page document details various forms of violence, including domestic abuse and female genital mutilation, and presents case studies illustrating their severe impacts. It includes recommendations for improving justice and accountability systems, protecting victims, and promoting healing, aiming for a future free from violence and discrimination for women.

Facing significant challenges like poverty and gender-based violence, RFLD seeks a $10 million fundraising target to strengthen women’s rights, increase their representation, and support women-led organizations. The organization encourages support for its transformative initiatives to create a just future for women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa.
